The website https://babymedi.de/ (hereinafter, the “Web”) belongs to Mediclinics, S.A. (hereinafter, “Mediclinics”) with N.I.F. A-08359994 and address in Calle Industria, n.º 54 – 08025 Barcelona, duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona in Book 2018, Page 28126, Volume 2639 and Sheet 44.

Mediclinics reserves the right to cancel the User’s account in case of detecting a breach of any of the contractual obligations contracted in this act, as well as in case of observing a use of the Web contrary to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and/or the good faith uses accepted in the sector.
